When you have a weather pattern that is "sometimes wet and sometimes dry", as the rhyme goes, in a 24 hour period, the clouds respond to the fluctuation by appearing to roll in the sky. This is called a Mackerel sky and is very fascinating to observe. This scene is located at Beach Meadows, near Liverpool, Nova Scotia, Canada, and the area is wonderful for boating, playing on the beach or digging up clams for dinner when the tide is out.
